WinRAR 5.90 Beta 3 released

1. Bugs fixed:
    
   
   1. in previous beta versions "Info" command failed to work properly for a single selected file or folder outside of archive;
       
      
   2. RAR4 archives compression ratio could be very slightly lower than in WinRAR 5.80. It is restored to 5.80 level now;
       
      
   3. non-English names in ZIP archives created by Windows XP integrated ZIP tool could be corrupted when modified by WinRAR.
