WinRAR 7.00 Beta 4 released

1. Bugs fixed:
    
   
   1. fixed a crash in "Exhaustive search" archiving mode;
       
      
   2. timestamps of files extracted from UDF .iso archives didn't include the time zone offset;
       
      
   3. command "WinRAR x arcname.rar \" placed extracted files to current folder instead of disk root.
